The manual provides an encompassing and concise overview of methods and instruments of cluster management. Developed for a mission in Croatia, it is suitable for a worldwide use. In addition to being useful for cluster management as such, it can also be applied to other forms of enterprise cooperation which go beyond pure supplier-buyerrelationships, such as: industry and technology parks, business incubators, and even certain forms of regional economic development activities. Part A provides a general overview, while Part B provides a detailed and hands-on description of tools that can be used.
