The SILEO Talent Placement Project represents an opportunity for HIKARI to bring in a new Talent equipped with innovative digital expertise, ideas, and perspectives to support the company's digitalization efforts and enhance its online presence on social media channels. With a fresh perspective and utilization of innovative digital tools, the SME and Talent will collaborate to rejuvenate and attract an increasingly interested audience to the company's lighting solutions.
