Sept. 7, 2017:  The Maritime Alliance (TMA) is pleased to have been selected by the Port of Seattle to prepare a business plan for a Marine Innovation Center, which will include an ocean tech incubator and should lead the creation of a BlueTech cluster in the State of Washington.
