Evolute ClusterXchange mission in Bologna, 29th - 31st March 2023
As part of the Evolute partnerships, from 29th to 31st March 2023, the ClusterXchange in Bologna (Italy) has taken place. The exchange was attended by clusters and companies from 3 different countries: Germany, Serbia and Czech Republic. Thanks to the collaboration that 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗧 (Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy) has with 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗘𝗖𝗛 (Emilia Romagna, Italy) participants were able to get to know some of the excellences of both regions. These were three intense and eventful days characterised by company visits, a visit to the MECSPE exhibition, the largest event dedicated to innovations for the manufacturing industry, and B2B meetings. Visiting organisations have had the chance to network and discuss business opportunities with exhibiting cluster companies and other SMEs operating in the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors.

👩🚀 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮: producing automatic machines and complex sub-assemblies for various industrial applications (automotive, aerospace, packaging etc.) for more than 60 years thanks to its strong expertise in mechanics.
🔋 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘇 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗿𝗹: a globally active high-tech engineering company, Manz develops and builds innovative and efficient production solutions with a focus on the automotive industry and electromobility, battery production, electronics, energy and medical technology.
🚗 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗶: the famous car company Lamborghini unveiled the Revuelto, the first HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle) hybrid super sports car. After a tour of the production line of this latest car, the visit continued with a tour of the museum.
