The European Cluster Strategic Partnerships for Excellence, CLAMTEX - Cluster management towards excellence in Advanced Manufacturing and Textile Industry, has organized a series of remote workshops among the different cluster management teams.

Those workshops used participatory methodologies within a virtual platform for collaboration using design thinking. The series of workshops aimed at mutual learning and identify the partnership baseline in terms of strategy.

The different workshops will enable the generation of a baseline report that will serve as a starting point for further project actions such as strategy review, cluster labelling and cluster capacity building program definition.
